As a family-run business we have a unique ethos - to enrich lives through caring. 

We build close personal relationships with each of our clients and their primary carers. It is very important to us that we understand exactly what each client wants from us and we are always very mindful and respectful of the fact that we are in their homes.

We have a transparent and accurate billing system so that every hour is clearly accounted for.

We strive for the highest quality standards in everything we do. Our Area Managers meet with each client (and their primary carer) regularly to make sure that our service is of an excellent standard.

Innovation is at the heart of our business approach. We were first to build an automated Telemonitoring system into our service and we are currently leading the way with a suite of services including Keysafe, 24hr Overnight Emergency Response, Hospital Taxi and Home Repairs.

Our business is 100% privately owned, it is not a franchise, and so Linda Murphy and her management team personally oversee every aspect to make sure that each client is cherished, respected and supported in the All In Care way.
