All In Care is a family-business founded and run by Linda Murphy. It is an independently owned Irish business, not a franchise or agency. This means that Linda personally oversees every aspect of the business and ensures that our caring is always to the highest possible standard. It also means that we are very flexible, responding to the individual needs of each of our clients. All In Care is HSE approved and has excellent relationships with our HSE partners and medical professionals.
First and foremost we look for people with a warm, friendly personality and a genuine vocation for caring. We then have a rigorous interview process with an extensive application form. All Carers must give four references and it is our policy that all Carers are Garda-screened and checked.
All In Care is renowned for the quality of its training programmes which are personally designed and delivered by Linda Murphy, our CEO and founder. Before they begin working, each Carer goes through an induction programme which includes All In Care work policies and procedures. We also train our Carers in essential topics such as personal care, safety, lifting and moving, hygiene, infection control and medication management. For All In Care, respect and consideration for our clients is paramount and this is a key part of our training approach. We train our carers to always be very mindful of the fact that we are in your home. We also provide training in specialist areas such as Alzheimers, Dementia and Palliative care.
We specialise in caring for the elderly but we also care for people who have long-terms illnesses or disabilities and for new mothers who need assistance for the early weeks and months.
We are the first company in Ireland to introduce a Telemonitoring system whereby the carer calls us on their mobile the moment they arrive. If they don’t call in, our system is alerted within minutes and we will respond instantly.
If a carer is sick, we will organise a replacement instantly. If an emergency arises, we can also provide additional care as required.
Matching the personality of a Carer to your needs is very important. However if for any reason you would prefer to change to a new Carer, there is no problem at all. Our Area Managers will be in touch on a monthly basis to make sure all is well and if you raise any concerns she will look after them straight away for you.
We provide a wider range of services than anyone else in Ireland. Our main service is homecare but we also provide Taxi Transport, Home Repairs, Gardening and Home Conversions. Basically our aim is to be your trusted source for all the services you need to stay independently and happily at home.
We are very flexible in that we can care for people from ½ hour to 24 hrs per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
We also provide Overnight Emergency Cover as an extra service and we have a Keysafe Home Security system so that your keys are kept in a locked safe in your home.
Yes, we own and run a new care breaks business called Steps. Our first Steps is a beautiful converted brewery building in the heart of Dublin with café, restaurant, beauty salon, relaxation therapies, exercise room and jam-packed entertainment programme. Just like a hotel, you can choose exactly what you would like to do and when you would like to do it, and because we have so much on offer, there’s plenty more to choose from! Steps is the ultimate respite and convalescent experience and we’d love to welcome you there.
Yes. Our clients or their family can avail of income tax relief of up to 41% on the cost of homecare of up to €50,000 per annum. The tax credit can be applied monthly instead of in a single annual rebate if required. You may also be eligible for homecare grants which can be applied for through your local health centre.
We believe that it’s very important to have a small team that you know, trust and are comfortable with. If you need a lot of hours each week, you may need more than one carer but be assured that you will help to pick the right team that will be dedicated to you.
